Über die Veranstaltung
We'll start with sun salutations and yoga exercises, then move on to a free dance session where you can let your creativity run wild. There will also be a walking meditation and a chill-out session. I'll provide you with headphones, so you'll always be connected to my voice and the music, but you can adjust the volume to your liking. I'll guide you through the various exercises, and you can immerse yourself in your own world, inspired by the beautiful nature around you.
All you need is your yoga mat; I'll bring the technical equipment.
