Über die Veranstaltung
We begin with sun salutations and yoga exercises, and then transition into a Free Dance session where you can let your creativity flow. There will also be a walking meditation and a chill-out session. I will provide you with the headphones, and you will stay connected to my voice and the music, but you can adjust the volume to your preference. I will guide you through the different exercises, and you can immerse yourself in your own world, inspired by the beautiful nature around you.
You only need to bring your yoga mat; I will provide the technical equipment.
