My mindfulness courses help you to bring more mindfulness into your everyday life with a wide range of different exercises and thus to face life with more serenity and with positive energy.
The course is a journey to yourself, to discover your own inner potential and to encounter life in the here and now.
You will learn the following:
Stress management: Recognize your personal stressors and reduce or balance your stress reactions
Build more resilience to the stressors
Communicate more mindfully
Generate more focus and attention
Relaxation techniques (e.g. body scan, EFT)
Meditation techniques (sitting and walking meditation, Klangschale meditation)
Develop a mindfulness routine
I provide the theoretical foundations with a wide range of exercises, but formal and informal practice, personal experience of the individual exercises, self-reflection and group sharing are an essential part of this course.
The aim is that each participant could develop their own routine after completing the course, with which one can integrate more mindfulness, calmness, serenity and focus into everyday life.
Course duration: 6-8 weeks
The course can be presented online or in person.
